Managing Recurring Donations

For users who have opted to give recurring monthly donations, these can be managed from the Individual Record.

To manage recurring donations:

  1. Open the Individual Record > Purchases tab > Donations menu option. A list of funds the individual has contributed to appears. Each donation set as recurring displays the "Recurring Donation" label.

  1. Click the Details button next to a recurring donation
    • Edit Information: If custom fields are associated with the fund, this button can be used to edit responses to those fields.
    • Edit Payment Method: Change the payment method for the recurring donation.
    • Cancel Recurring Donation
    • Print

Non-staff can access this page via the My Profile page. The Edit Payment Method and Cancel Recurring Donation options do not appear for non-staff users.
